Course Material Refund Policy

The Book Room is proud to issue materials that are in excellent condition. We expect all of our textbooks, modules and course materials to be returned in the same condition as when they were issued. Course material deposits will not be refunded for damaged materials.

Keep those receipts!

Students and parents have one year to return course materials at their own expense - either by mail or in person. Deposits on late returns will only be refunded if the course materials or textbooks are still in use.

Please keep your course material receipt and return it to us with your books and materials. If you are mailing your textbooks and materials to us, be sure to include the original receipt in your package. This will help ensure a speedy refund.

All deposits paid by cash, debit or cheque are refunded to the person whose name appears on the original receipt, in the form of a cheque. Credit card payments are refunded to the credit account of the cardholder.
