Secondary Program - Graduation Requirements
If you entered Grade 8, 9, or 10 in September 2004 or later, you’ll be working towards the 80 credit graduation program. A minimum of 80 credits received in Grades 10, 11 and 12 are required for graduation.
- 48 of the 80 credits are Required Ministry Authorized Courses for Grade 10, 11 and 12
- 28 credits are Elective Courses for Gr. 10, 11 and 12, of which 16 credits at the Gr. 12 level include Language Arts 12
- 4 credits for Graduation Transitions
Graduation Transitions is a paper-based or electronic collection of your work or other records of achievement. This mandatory course partners with Plannning 10.
